The room had a coffee machine that I used. The free water bottles were refilled daily, which i appreciated. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

the blanket in my room had red spots. one blanket had small holes. the breakfast area was too small and overcrowded.

The staff was helpful and supplied complimentary water bottles. That was a nice touch! the breakfast area saw constant cleaning and restocking. the hotel location made it easy to find from the redline subway.
the lack of a refrigerator in the room was slightly inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks.
